Use of this website
This website is operated by House of Farrow Ltd, registered in England and Wales. Registered address: Merewood High Street, Wallcrouch, Wadhurst, TN5 7JT.
By accessing and using this website you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this site.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
All content on this website, including text, images, course materials, frameworks, audio, and video, is the intellectual property of House of Farrow Ltd. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.
Membership
The Collective is a membership programme offered at two tiers: Standard (£39 per month) and Premium (£97 per month). Prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
One membership covers both partners. Premium members receive two invites to closed calls and circles.
The Collective is hosted on the Circle platform. By joining, you agree to conduct yourself respectfully within the community. House of Farrow Ltd reserves the right to remove members who violate community standards, without refund.
You may cancel your membership at any time from within your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to the community and course materials until that date. No refunds are issued for partial months.
House of Farrow Ltd reserves the right to change membership pricing. Existing members will be given at least 30 days’ notice of any price change. You may cancel before the new pricing takes effect.
Courses
The Good Fight Course (£97, one-off payment) is a digital product with immediate access upon purchase.
As a digital product delivered immediately, this course is non-refundable. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you are requesting immediate access and waiving your right to a 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
If you have not accessed the course content, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase by contacting us via the contact page. Once content has been accessed, no refund will be issued.
Course materials are for personal use only and may not be shared, redistributed, or reproduced in any form.
Coaching
Private coaching is provided by Nichole Farrow. A separate coaching agreement will be provided upon engagement, which outlines the specific terms of your programme.
Sessions require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for rescheduling. Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice, or missed entirely, are non-refundable.
Coaching is not therapy, counselling, or medical treatment. It does not replace professional psychological or psychiatric support. If you are in crisis or require clinical support, please contact a qualified medical professional or call the Samaritans on 116 123.
Nichole Farrow is a qualified coach with extensive experience. However, coaching outcomes depend on your engagement, commitment, and individual circumstances. House of Farrow Ltd does not guarantee specific results.
